Cardmaking Revival

To some people, they've been involve in cardmaking for a long time, to others, cardmaking is a whole new thing. To me, cardmaking is a revival. I was into cardmaking during my school years. Sadly, I began to 'leave' my favourite pastime when I had too many things to do in campus.

LHC's cardmaking revival (i)
I entered the new beginning, last year. Started with XS cards. And then I tried some simple embroidery cards. The most recent is, 'playing with papers, scissors & glue' just like the good old times.

I really enjoy cardmaking especially nowadays we have lots of gadgets & supplies to choose & use as long as the time & budget permit :)

I love them! You are so talented! I could use a few lessons in cardmaking, I feel I am so messy when I make embroidered cards... Pity really!
But yours are an inspiration! I especially love the "thanks a bunch" one!

I stitch (cross stitch) about 10 to 12 cards a year, on average. Special birthdays, anniveraries, and Christmas. But I only do them for people who will appreciate them - my elderly home care clients are often the recipients, and they just love them! If you would like to have a look at what I have done over the last few years, you can check out my Webshots album -

I've seen your XS cards. Wow! you've stitched lots of cards - I especially love the card for Atsuko.

You're right about giving the XS cards to those will appreciate them. I also feel the same way.

Apparently, a stitching friend who is also an architect likes the stitched house card as well :)
